    First Session:

    • Complete and review intake paperwork to get history
    • Discuss confidentiality and therapy policies
    • Begin to hear your story, and discuss goals

    Second Session:

    • Examine your story
    • Discover strengths and areas for improvement

    Third Session:

    • Set goals
    • Develop plan for treatment

    Remaining sessions are spent working toward goals (changing as needed), reinforcing and discovering strengths, and discussing progress until you are ready to terminate services.

    • Recover from your past
    • Overcome pain and suffering
    • Learn to resolve conflict
    • Reach your potential
