First Session:
- Complete and review intake paperwork to get history
- Discuss confidentiality and therapy policies
- Begin to hear your story, and discuss goals
Second Session:
- Examine your story
- Discover strengths and areas for improvement
Third Session:
- Set goals
- Develop plan for treatment
Remaining sessions are spent working toward goals (changing as needed), reinforcing and discovering strengths, and discussing progress until you are ready to terminate services.
